The Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) Kalrez® from Dupont™ is renowned for its excellent chemical and high temperature resistance.
DuPont™ Kalrez® perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) is resistant to more than 1,800 chemicals and combines this with its high temperature resistance of PTFE (327°C). Kalrez is used in extreme conditions, e.g. in the processing of aggressive chemicals, the manufacturing of computer chips, and in space travel.
Kalrez can also offer a solution when it comes to service life extension (MTBF). The cost price of the material is considerably higher, but the same can be said about its lifespan. Allow Qseals to inform you about the use of this material.
